CREATIVE HERBAL INFUSIONS - OG GIN&JUICE

This aromatic and zero-waste twist on a Gin&Tonic features our own Inhale Herbal Blend infusion to create a fresh combination of the peppery and floral aromas of Gin with the fresh and hoppy taste profile of Grapefruit. The drink is topped with Tonic from 1642 Sodas which has a super low sugar content and is made entirely from locally sourced Quebec ingredients and supplies.

Plus, it only uses 100% natural ingredients and is ready in 5 minutes!

OMG YES, WE'RE ALREADY AT THE RECIPE NO NEED TO SCROLL FURTHER!
We're not a blog where Karen tells you all about her grandmother's escapades to Tiki cocktail bars to drink with Ernest Hemingway during the Vietnam war for 17 pages, we go straight to the point, so hang on tight and read below!

Inhale-Grapefruit Rich Syrup aka "Snoop Syzzurp"
For 500mL
250mL locally sourced honey (not that cheap stuff in the bear shaped bottle!)
250mL water
1/4 cup (5-7g) of Inhale Herbal Smoking Blend

Step 1 : Prepare the syrup
In a small saucepan, put the water with the grapefruit zests and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from the heat and incorporate the Inhale Herbal Blend and let the ingredients infuse while cooling for 20-30 minutes. Finish the syrup by straining with a fine tea strainer or a cheesecloth.

Step 2 : Mix that drink!
In a tall glace full of ice, pour the juice of 1/4 grapefruit with 15mL to 30mL of the Inhale-Grapefruit Rich Syrup and 30mL to 45mL of your favorite locally sourced gin. Top the glass with 1642 Tonic

Step 3 : Garnish your drink like a true mixologist!
Why not serve your guests with a little showing-off using our proprietary Infusion Sticks filled with Inhale Rolling Blend to gradually release herbal notes in the drink and change the taste as it goes!
